We are the change, you and I, in our neighborhood and in our world.

SoulFood is the heart of our tribe. With magic, hard work, and the creative partnership of Clint McCune and Sara Pelfrey, SoulFood Books and Cafe has risen to become one of Seattle’s leading cultural hubs. Built on recognition of community and the power of the individual, SoulFood’s art and music scene thrives. Supporting visionary work and cultivating the leading edge of the arts community, SoulFood breaks new grounds.

Supporting our local arts community is at the core of our work. Clint serves as Chair of the Redmond
Arts Commission—building public programs that create opportunities to experience and enjoy the fine
and performing arts. Critical to the economic and social fabric of Redmond, Clint not only preserves our
community’s arts legacy, he builds against a visionary future that creates greater arts opportunities for
tomorrow.
