Ryan Ao Gallery & Delicious Life Wellness Present a Valentines Evening with yoga, wine, live music, and art by Aimee Stewart.

Heart Opening Yoga Flow: taught by Allison Kirley (all levels welcome) starting at 6pm-7pm with live acoustic guitar music by Clint McCune and Brent McCune (donations accepted)

Ryan Ao Gallery Presents the art of Aimee Stewart 7pm-9pm. A fantasy poetica mixed media solo show, showcasing metal prints with fantasy art made from photoshop imagery layered with scans of antique fabrics, and much more.

Live singer/songwriter music at Gallery opening will be provied by Clint McCune and Brent McCune.

Aimee Stewart is an internationally reknown photoshop master, working with such companies as Warner Brothers, Ravensburger Puzzle, and many more. She is also reknown for her plethora of publications in photoshop and other digital art magazines, teaching others how to master photoshop.

It's an honor to present Aimee Stewart for her first gallery show ever!

ONLY LOVE WILL SAVE US will be a night of awareness of domestic violence and a celebration of LINDSAY HILLs life and the lives of all other victims of DV. The DV organization LIFEWIRE will be there to raise awareness and answer questions and there will be TWO awesome performances by JIM MARCOTTE AND THE BREAKTHROUGH and CLINT McCUNE and a SPECIAL APPEARANCE by The EMERALD CITY HEROES! This event will be FAMILY FRIENDLY (The kids will LOVE the superheroes and it's a great picture op!). It is a serious subject but it will be a NIGHT OF CELEBRATION and LOVE; getting to know our NEIGHBORS and DONATIONS. No cost at the door but please bring cash for the donations jar and band merchandise. A portion of all band proceeds and 100% of all donations will go 50/50 to LifeWire and to Lindsay's boys.

Clint McCune @ First Night Spokane on New Year's Eve

The name "First Night" symbolizes a forward look into the New Year, over the technically correct "Last Night". First Night is a celebration of the New Year through the arts and the "only" Winter festival in downtown Spokane.

First Night Spokane is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization and part of the "National Association of Community based New Year's Eve Arts Festivals. One of nearly 100 First Night celebrations around the world. We are multi-cultural, artistically unique, alcohol free, family friendly and extremely affordable public celebration that marks the passage from the old year to the new with art, ritual and festivity.

Embracing Change in the Workplace

On Saturday, December 5th, we are launching our first workshop on the Eastside at the Courtyard Marriott Bellevue. This $85 day-long workshop, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, will be focused on embracing change in the workplace. We’ll use music, interactive activities, and mindfulness to create a unique experience to help you embrace change in the workplace.

The workshop is appropriate for both individuals and teams. Individuals will improve their ability to focus on their work and engage with their team. Teams will learn skills that will allow them to work together in a healthy and more effective way. We would like to invite you to join us and share this information with those who you think would benefit including the HR person in your company because it will help you to develop skills that are so important for success in the workplace.

Over the past year we have been working with Transformation by Design (www.txdesign.net) and our longtime friend Jeffrey Ried to cultivate a program that focuses on creating community in the workplace. Our mission is grand: to help bring about a workplace culture that is supportive, to help create teams and partnerships that are healthy, and to better align who we are with the work we do. As you might imagine, music plays a big part in this work.

Taking our experience of community building and small business development from our time at SoulFood Books and Cafe, paired with Clint's experience using music as a medium for change, we are able to bring a unique perspective. Combining that with Jeffrey’s experience in corporate structure and catalyzing change (he developed and managed multi-million dollar projects for the Gates Foundation and held leadership positions in for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations in the US and Africa), it became clear that we could create a powerful learning experience that would be creative, relevant and fun.

This is an exciting step for us as we continue to seek ways to make positive change in the world, collaborate with people we admire, and be able to do so in creative and dynamic ways.

Benefit for the Okanogen Valley

Omak Performing Arts Center, Omak, WA

In the Heart of the Fire – A Benefit Concert for Omak On September 8th at 7pm, Seattle based, Clint McCune Band will be performing at the Omak Performing Arts Center for a free benefit concert to help raise relief, awareness, and money for those in the Okanogan Complex Fire. All donations will go through Okanogan County Community Action Council for Fire Victim Relief (501c3), and will go directly to Omak area residents.

About Clint McCune Band and Okanogan County Community Action Council: Clint McCune, son of KOMO 4’s Don McCune (Captain Puget and Exploration Northwest), has grown up with a deep understanding of the rich history of the Pacific Northwest. Drawing from the traditions of song and storytelling, Clint has traveled from festival stages to the heights of Mt. Everest bringing a message of community and positive change. Accompanying Clint is international touring violinist Geli Wuerzner, and percussionist Aaron Brouillette. Okanogan County Community Action Council (OCCAC) is a non-profit organization that specializes in helping people in poverty, and they have become the clearing house for donations that will be distributed to families that have lost their homes during these fires. Their organization is trusted and respected in the community, and will guarantee that any funds that are generated by the donations will stay in the local area.
